Flagship engagement

School Partnership

A yearlong partnership — a fractional AI office for a school that does not have one in-house.

One recurring engagement that gives an institution the AI capability, policy, and support it would otherwise have to hire for — sized to your faculty and run alongside your existing IT and academic teams.

What's included

Four pillars, working together all year.

Faculty build cohorts

We run cohorts of roughly 8–30 teachers over about four weeks. Each teacher ships one deployed tool plus a short write-up your administration can review.

AI policy

A plain-English policy draft — FERPA/COPPA/CIPA-aware and written to be enforceable — with an annual review built in.

Quarterly stack audits

A tool inventory and risk notes every quarter, so the school always knows what is running and where the exposure is.

On-call support

Monthly office hours for IT and administration, plus first-call support when parent questions arrive.

Engagement

Custom, sized to your school

  • Scoped to your faculty count and professional-development budget
  • Rolling intake — start when it fits your school
Getting started

Built around your school, not a package.

Tell us your faculty count and what you want teachers to be able to build. We scope the partnership from there and tailor it to how your school actually works.

Questions schools ask

Straight answers for the people signing the contract.

Who is liable if a teacher-built tool mishandles student data?

Builds run on the tools your school has already approved, default to no student PII, and ship with a written data note. The partnership includes an annual policy review and quarterly audits so exposure is tracked, not assumed.

How is this different from off-the-shelf classroom AI tools?

Those are subscriptions you rent. This is a partner that helps your school build and own durable tools, with policy and support around them — so capability stays with the institution.

What about FERPA, COPPA, CIPA, student data, and a DPA?

The partnership is compliance-aware throughout. Student data stays in the environment your school chooses, the default posture is no student PII, and a data processing agreement is signed as required.
